🏆 2025 Schindler Cup Registration (for Clubs)

✅ Step 1: Log in or Create Account

📍 Go to https://manager.hypebox.co.za
🔹 Sign up or log in. Confirm your email before proceeding.

✅ Step 2: Register Your Club

🔹 From the Dashboard, click "New Club for Schindler Cup"
🔹 Complete club details
🔹 Upload:

• Club Logo
• Cover Image

✅ Step 3: Enter the Schindler Cup

🔹 Click the ... menu > Register
🔹 Select your region and submit
📧 Your registration will be verified by organisers.

✅ Step 4: Approval & Team Registration

📩 Once approved, you’ll get an email: “Club Champs Registration Approved”
🔹 Back in the manager, register:

• Team 1
• Or both Team 1 & Team 2

✅ Step 5: Pay the Entry Fee

💳 You’ll see the payment breakdown:

• Club Entry Fee: R 2,782.61
• PayFast Fee: R 104.40
• VAT: R 433.05
• Total: R 3,320.06

🔹 Proceed with PayFast checkout
🔹 On success, you’ll see Payment Complete

✅ Step 6: Add Players

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Add 4 players per team (2 ladies, 2 men)

• Click Add Player
• Enter name, email, gender
• Check “Reserve” if applicable

📧 Players will receive a Schindler Cup Invitation email

✅ Step 7: Player Acceptance

🟠 Status: “Need to Register on Hypebox”

• Player must download the Hypebox Mobile App
• Register with the same email

🟡 Status: “Need to Accept Invitation”

• Player logs in to app
• Accepts tournament invite

🟣 Status: Registered ✅

• Player is confirmed for the team

📌 Notes

• Registration closes: 31 July 2025 – 11:59 PM
• Each club may register up to 2 teams
• You must load full teams and ensure all players accept before the deadline
