• Your club is already visible on Hypebox. When players search for clubs, we display the Google Map information of clubs in the search results, so even if you are not on Hypebox yet, you are already visible.
• You can import your current player and member lists from Excel spreadsheets. The moment you import them, they will receive emails inviting them to the Hypebox app and notifying them that your club will start making bookings on the Hypebox platform from a specific date (your go-live date).
• All players on the mobile app that is within a 25km range from your club (as the crow flies) will receive a notification on their app's home page that you have joined Hypebox. From there they must option to view your club details and add your club as a favourite. So this way you will even reach players in your area that has never played there before or might not even know you exist.
• Players can make bookings by selecting "Clubs Close to Me", "Close to an Address", or "Close to My Current Location". Your club will then be automatically displayed to the player to make a booking, whether they know about your club or not.
• We also advertise your club on all our social media platforms and can assist you in doing the same on your own social media platforms.
• We can also provide you with banners to put up around your courts to make players aware of the impending switch.
• Then finally we can also do an Hypebox launch tournament for you, where we brand the entire tournament your club and Hypebox, attract all our Hypebox players and followers as well as bring our MC Morgan Beatbox along.

We provide two different models to use Hypebox:
• You can import and manage your members through Hypebox. Once you have set this up, can you then set up R0 booking fees for members. This is ideal for tennis clubs.
• Obviously then we have the booking model where players pay an hourly rate in order to book and use a court.
• You can however use both, the membership and the booking models so that if you do charge bookings for your courts, you can also create memberships which you can then use to provide different rates for members.
• There are however a downside to the membership model. We have added features and functionality that is only available if fifty unique players have made bookings at your club and maintained over a period. This is to prevent the misuse of a free system to clubs and to protect our intellectual property to competitors.
